How reviews work
on13 collects anonymized, reviewer-typed feedback (current employee, past employee, customer, or vendor/supplier) across five thematic domains per category, scored on a five-point emoji scale, with an N/A option for domains that don't apply. Identity is decoupled server-side via a salted, irreversible hash before storage – raw account identifiers are never retained alongside review content.
Submissions are rate-limited and screened with honeypot fields to deter automated manipulation, and every reviewer attests that their submission is true and factual before it is published.
